I have no words to describe how amazed I am with the unbelievable amount of customer service we have received from Dixie Horse and Mule Co. - Horse Trailer and Tractor Sales!!!! This is hands down the most amazing business I have ever dealt with! I purchased my first living quarters horse trailer from them, usedsite unseenand I had it for about a month or two ,I didnt use at all because shys horse was hurt the day we got it but when I did finally use and had an issue and spoke with them, they drove all the way down from Alabama picked the trailer up repaired the entire floor and even repaired a large dent my 3yr old mare put in the fenderjust because, and they drove the trailer all the way back here to FL and dropped it off at our home! Then helped with repair for one other issue we had! They have the most amazing customer service I have ever seen and are truly great people! If you are looking to purchase a trailer?! I highly recommend them!! Thank yall for everything!! I am in love with the trailer and thankful for everything!

Hello Keaton. Its betty McFadden. I just wanted you to know that Barry and I are so pleased with our 2006 sundowner horse trailer. I appreciate the way yall work so hard to get it here by the 10 of October. Just because I had my dates mixed up you made it happen. Thank you thank you thank you. The man that brought us our trailer was very detailed in everything that we needed to know about the trailer. He was very very polite and was wonderful to work with on the paperwork. We tell everyone where we got it and how great yall were. Again thank you so so much for helping us. This this the first living quarters horse trailer we have ever owned. My wife and I bought a horse trailer from Dixie Horse and Mule several years ago so when we found our need for a utility trailer even from being out of state the choice was easy to make. Trailer was as advertised and even more and as before customer service was like nothing you would ever dream of! Very good company selling very good merchandise, what else could you ask for???

I just wanted to send an email and let you all know how pleased I am with my recent purchase with you. I had Keaton as my salesman and he went above and beyond my expectations. I traded in a LQ trailer that I purchased new a few years ago here in Cabot, Arkansas. I had a few issues with it the first time we took it out and it was just because it wasn't looked over before it left the dealership. Nothing major, just a couple of things not hooked up and tested which made for a not-so-good first experience.

I took my new trailer out for the first time this past weekend that I recently purchased from DHMCO and everything worked perfectly. I was surprised that not only was everything in working order, you guys gave us a bucket with extra necessities in it rv toilet paper, water hose, sewer drain hose etc.. Also to my surprise, I went to fill the propane tanks prior to our trip and they were both full as well. This trailer came from you guys ready to load up the horses and leave on a trip. It doesn't get much better than that.

Everything from the first call in to ask about the trailer, to the price negotiation on my trade, finance dealing with Cynthia and Jessica and setting up the delivery was pleasant and simple. Not only was everything smooth and painless, you guys beat my local dealership in Arkansas and another in TX on price and my trade in value.

Anyone that I talk to from now on that asks me about buying a trailer, I will tell them to give you guys a shot at their business.

I never usually take the time to send praises but I highly recommend DHMCO for anyone that is considering purchasing a horse trailer.

Id like to let you guys know that over the years Ive bought plenty of vehicles, trailers, etc., from plenty of places of business and by far and away your business is the best place Ive ever dealt with. Everyone from your sales department through your finance department and service department were exceptional!
