I bought the 2005 Exiss with living quarters and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with my purchase.

The entire team was fantastic, and a special thank you goes out to Tyler Enfinger and Keaton Daw for all their help above and beyond the call of duty!

It was a long trip down there from my little town of Fair Play, SC but was so very worth it.

Also, thank you all for the cookies I received in the mail Saturday. I will probably put on 5 pounds but that will also be worth it!!!

I want to take this time to tell you so you can let EVERYONE know how much of a PURE PLEASURE that this ENTIRE BUYING experience has been for me. From the first visit to your AWESOME WEBSITE, my phone call to Dan and then dealing with the F and I LADIES . All I can say is WOW I am blown away and haven't even had the honor nor pleasure to meet anyone yet.

You can count on me advertising your company, I am one of those guys that will tell everyone no matter what. As I told you earlier today I spoke with the Bison factory direct, even though a few of my friends had already highly recommended Dixie Horse and Mule Company to me as well. Wanted to see from their side what and how they felt your company fit into the big picture and wasn't surprised with the reviews that they paid to your firm. But the other thing that really impressed me, I was instantly treated by them as well as part of The Family and that means the world to me. I am in the retail business as well and strive everyday to be at that level of everyone I have encountered with this purchase.

Plus the real key factor that I would like each and every one of you to know. I am not the horse person or persons in the family, the ladies are the riders. My wife Silvia of over 33 years is actually going to be the proud owner of this new trailer, I might get invited to tag along as the driver some day LOL

These are the only people you ever need to talk to about purchasing a horse trailer. You can read my entire review on their webpage. But I can honestly say from the first phone call to Dan to actually picing up the trailer on 12/28/2012 it was nothing short of AMAZING. Each and every step was a pure joy, I wish I could remember each and everyones name to list them here, but Dan, Cindy, Pricilla, Mike and the rest. And this is coming from a NON - HORSE person. The ladies in the family are the riders, I might get invited to be a driver some day. LOL!!!! We picked up a 2013 Bison Trail Express 8310GLQ and I requested a surprise for my wife Silvia due to this was a birthday present. I was so impressed on the presentation they provided for her upon our arrival. A few of my friends recommended them as did the BISON FACTORY as well themselves. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how great Brooks has been. I purchased my Bison 1 year ago, and while everything was explained to me at pickup, I just can't remember it all! I have had several questions, and Brooks is always quick to respond to my emails and/or call me back with answers. I have even called Brooks while camping with a problem, and he is always so patient and willing do to anything within his ability to help.

Brooks is a true asset to your Company. He gives true meaning to the after the sale service.

Hi Dan!
I just wanted to drop a line and let you know how much I'm enjoying my trailer. My husband has put in a cowboy shower and there is just enough room in the tack area for my small generator. We replaced that solar panel with a new one that has a built in controller and we're set for a LONG time. I absolutely love this trailer. No it's not brand new, but it's exactly what I needed. My horses seem to really enjoy the ride too.

I just received my 2012 Bison 4-Horse trailer on Saturday.

I meet your driver Phillip in Little Rock Arkansas and I want you to know Phillip did a great job keeping me updated on his arrival time and was a very courtesy and polite.
