We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you all working with us on the purchase of our new 2012 Lakota Bighorn horse trailer. Everyone at Dixie Horse and Mule did a great job helping us to choose a trailer that we can be proud of for years to come!

We also wanted to make sure that the guys in the shop were commended on their professionalism and a job well done! They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Brooks made sure that everything that was added or changed on the trailer was done the right way. I can't tell you enough how grateful we were to them all for the help and information they gave us on the use of our new trailer.

Hello Michael-

I just wanted to let you know that Barry delivered the trailer about 3:00 yesterday afternoon and spent a couple of hours w/me and my Dad. Bill was at work unfortunately.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Barry. He's a good man and had nothing but good things to say about DHMCo.

Bill and I also wanted to let you know that the whole looking, buying, paperwork, delivery and communications were all handled professionally and friendly. Cindy is a great asset to have. She was very helpful.

I would like to recognize one of your employees for outstanding customer service. Brooks has the kind of attitude toward his customers that should make a company proud to have him as a part of their staff. I have had several problems with my new Sundowner Trailer that I purchased from Dixie Horse and Mule Company and I greatly appreciate Brook's efforts, kindness and attention to detail in correcting the problems. I have watched Brooks stop what he was doing and personally perform work himself and pay great attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. I know DHMCO sales most of their horse trailers on line therefore, I do not know if many of your customers have the opportunity to actually meet your service staff. However I know that if all of your customers are treated with the kind of attitude that Brooks exhibits in his daily work, you will have a lot of repeat customers. After all, the best marketing scheme any company can have is satisfied customers freely advertising for them and that is what I intend to do based solely on how I was treated by Brooks.

I would also like to comment on John. He always appears to work hard to please Brooks and customers.

Our experience dealing with Bison to get our awning has been very good thus far. Bison has shipped the replace awning to a RV dealer here in VA and we will have the work done in mid-Oct. The shop is backed up and we have trip planed.

Good Morning Mike,
I just wanted to drop you a short note of thanks for the trailer and the cookies!. Our recent trailer purchase was simple, uneventful and totally pressure free. We traveled about 300 miles to buy from you and it was totally worth it. Even though we bought a used trailer we were treated like kings. When we came to pick up our trailer it had been washed, cleaned inside and all lights tested. The gentleman who helped me hook-up was very helpful especially since this is my first gooseneck trailer. The steel under the tongue was a little rusty and had been re-painted to look nicer.
If anybody ever asks me where to get a horse trailer, I will not hesitate to send them to Alabama.

I just wanted you to know that the technician I cant remember his name that went over the trailer with mei.e. showed me how everything worked, etc went out of his way to make sure I understood everything on the trailer. He was professional and very, very knowledgeable and did not rush through anything. He didnt want me to leave until I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the trailer.
I also appreciate the lunch!
