Thanks, Don. Its not your fault you guys are the best! I have been so happy with everything with Dixie. I have been stuck in the middle of no where and unable to get things to work in the LQ and your service people have talked me through it and provided temporary fixes until I could get home. From the heater not working to a leak under the sink to they have been great. I cant say enough great things about the service you and your team provide.

Dear Don,

I wanted to thank you for the positive trailer buying experience we had yesterday. I appreciate your staff adjusting their schedule to accomodate our request for A/C and awning installation. They were to a man and woman very professional and thorough. And we appreciated the free lunch to boot.

It was a long day. We arrived home around midnight. The girls were a challenge. Had a good look at the trailer this morning and I'm very happy with it.

We stopped at a Compass Bank in Dothan yesterday afternoon to deposit our cashier's check. They insisted they would have to place an 11 day hold on it even though it's a cashier's check drawn on the Fairwind's Credit Union in Orlando, FL. I decided to bring it home and deposit it at our home branch today. I'm sure they will not impose such a hold on it. I'll be putting it in the bank this afternoon after our girls get up from their naps.

You went WAY above and beyond my expectations and dont think I didnt notice that you fixed things that I did not even specify in my communication. If everyone had the dedication to servicing trailers that you guys do.well I guess you guys wouldnt be the best! But they dont and you DO so you ARE! As you know I have owned many trailers from other manufacturers and companies and NEVER had this kind of attention and caring service. From the owner of Bison on down to the sales team and service departments at Conyers and Wicksburg!! You guys are truly amazing and most appreciated. Im sure I will buy another trailer in the future and I can promise you it will be from Dixie Horse and Mule!!

I just want you to know that when I got my trailer delivered to my door no less and was throwing stuff in to make the 8pm performance on Friday night, I began noticing the things that had been fixed and spiffed up like the damage my horse did and I can tell you I did stop and take a moment to be truly humbledit is not often you get more than you ever expected. Thanks guys!!!! I will continue to sing your praises and send you more customers!!!
