Don Smith is a great guy to deal with. We bought our 6 horse extra wide gooseneck trailer at DHMCO maybe 15 years ago.. Sure wish when I'd had the money, I'd gone with an aluminum trailer....my steel trailer is still functional but needing repairs......not to mention having 14 horses now.........Don probably remembers us......It was our first gooseneck horse trailer and I backed it over Don's mailbox......sorry, Don.

I couldnt be more thrilled with my new horse trailer! You and your team Cindy, Michael and Joey made the process such a pleasant experience. As a single woman traveling to a dealership, by myself, I have to say my guard was up. I expected to feel pushed to buy and to have some detail slipped past me that I was not aware. I was truly amazed that I never felt any pressure to buy anything and you all were very through with every detail! When I did narrow my choices and even change my choice of trailer, no one ever pushed or nudged me in any direction except to say that you all just wanted me to be happy. You were patient with my decision making process, including thoroughly answering A LOT of questions. I also appreciate you all outfitting my trailer to my specifications. It was wonderful to leave knowing I would not have to add misc. items when I returned home. I cant thank you enough. You all genuinely want your customers to be happy with their purchase and go out of your way to make that happen. That seems rare these days. Thank you!

Great place! We drove from Fort Myers Florida and stayed in a hotel to purchase a new 3h bp trailer several months ago, from the first phone call to the last handshake it was the best experience you could ask for! Couple of nice t-shirts and a yummy thank you gift in the mail to boot! Thanks!!

Just spoke with you on the phone and wanted to follow up. We purchased our second trailer from DMHCO last year and are extremely pleased with it. The Lakota with the U-shaped dinette fits us perfectly and we get complements on it everywhere we go.
Our next trip takes us to Myrtle Beach for the American Heart Association Beach ride 9-13 November. We would be happy to pass out business cards or anything else to promote DHMCO. You had mentioned some money if it resulted in a sale. The money doesnt really interest us. Instead, just donate it to the American Heart Association. I will paste the link below to my personal American Heart Association donation page .
Over 2,000 riders are expected to turn out for this event.

Bobby and I would like to thank you for your personal attention and professionalism in the purchase of the 3 horse trailer last Friday, August 26th. First, we were totally blown away by the respect and friendly manner you had over the phone on Thursday and Friday morning before we left on our journey. You just don't get that very much today and it was refreshing, to say the least! You were honest with us about getting the trailer cleaned up and in good working condition before the sale and you and your crew worked diligently in getting the trailer ready for us in about 5 hours instead of the 2 days that it could usually take. We so appreciated you working with us. Since it was a 4 to 5 hour drive one way from our home in Kennesaw, we were limited to when we could get there and afraid that if we did not go right away, the trailer would be sold. So again, thank you for your personal attention and getting everything ready in a timely fashion!
Everyone was friendly and professional from the time we arrived, getting all the paperwork in order, showing the trailer and answering any questions we had! Thanks again to you and the whole crew!!!

We just wanted to send a great big thank you to Mike and the Lakota company. We purchased a 2016 Lakota big horn last year, and several weeks ago the Ac started giving us trouble. We called Mike who intern called The service management at Lakota. with in 1 hour we had contact with a repair shop 15 miles from our house. It will have a new Ac installed this week.
